The Slovak children will be insured by Euro-Children for accidents
and civil responsability (Haftstpflicht). Because Sk-children are members of
the European Union, the parents of the children are supposed (like all
Belgian, German, Austrian,... parents) to provide an European Health
Insurance card.
a. if a child is reinvited (or is a new child), and the child owns a
valid card, you fill in the "A" part of the form and send it by email
together with the confirmation that the child is accepting the reinvitation.
b; if the parents don't have the necessary documents for an European
Health Insurance Card, the person in charge for Euro-Children will contact
the parents. If they have no possibility to provide the European card on a
normal way (Sick-Fund-Krankenkasse), Euro-Children will provide health
insurance through our own insurance company.

4.forms for social help
|
|
|
|
Every year we try to help the
parents if for special reasons neither the local social services
(f.ex. caritas) neither the parents have the possibility to pay the full
cost of the transport to Belgium. For all children (SK, HR and BiH) we
will use the same forms. The help of Euro-Children will depend on the
financial possibilities.
For each child you will have to fill in one
of the special forms: on that way it's
possible to provide an objective budget for all the children needing help.
